Access Direct branches now PRC
Access Direct, a Cedar Rapids company that runs call centers in cities that include Des Moines, Keokuk and Marshalltown, will be called PRC as part of the integration into its parent company.

Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based PRC is consolidating all of its subsidiaries under the PRC brand. Under the changes, Access Direct top executive Mark Nelson becomes PRC of Iowa's executive vice president of operations.
