TWO SUBSIDIARIES NOW UNDER PRC NAME
PRC, the Plantation-based call-center operator formerly known as Precision Response Corp., said its two subsidiaries will now operate under the PRC name.

Access Direct, acquired by PRC in 2000, and Hancock Information Group, acquired in 2001, have operated as independent business units until mid-2005 when PRC began the integration process.

PRC, meanwhile, has aligned its operations into two areas: one for business-to-consumer functions and the other for business-to-business operations. PRC is part of IAC/InterActiveCorp (IACI).
